It\u2019s seen as a response to the <strong>Amazon<\/strong> Go concept.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Grocery\/Convenience<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Ahold Delhaize<\/strong> launched Peapod Digital Labs, a digital solutions company, and appointed JJ Fleeman as President of the new organization and Chief E-commerce Officer of Ahold Delhaize USA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Albertson\u2019s<\/strong> is trialing Amazon-Go style technology as it appointed Gautam Kotwal (previously with Kohl\u2019s and Netflix) to the newly created position of EVP and Chief Data and Analytics Officer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Department\/Apparel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Lululemon<\/strong> recently reported Q1 e-commerce sales up 60% compared to the prior quarter which itself had a 44% rise.
