\u2022 ARC Group Inc. (Dick\u2019s Wings) <\/strong>is looking to acquire Tilted Kilt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Carlisle,<\/strong> the tenth largest Wendy\u2019s <\/strong>franchisee, acquired 46 restaurants in Alabama and Florida from the Wendco Group, a Wendy\u2019s franchisee owned by Roger Webb.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Fogo de Chao <\/strong>was acquired by Rh\u00f4ne Capital.<\/p>\n

\u2022 FoodFirst Global Restaurants <\/strong>is the newly-formed parent company of Brio Tuscan Grille <\/strong>and Bravo Cucina Italiana<\/strong>. The company is headed by CEO Brad Blum, former Olive Garden<\/strong> President.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Long John Silver\u2019s, Inc. <\/strong>has acquired 76 of its namesake restaurants from ServUS<\/strong>. The stores are located primarily in Indiana.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manna Development Group <\/strong>acquired 38 Colorado Panera Bread<\/strong> locations from Breads of the World<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
