The service is now available in 18 states.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Hy-Vee Inc<\/strong>. announced that it has acquired the business of 22 pharmacies in Shopko stores in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 The Kroger Co<\/strong>. announced a deal in which it will buy the files from 42 of Shopko\u2019s stores. The stores will see the pharmacies closed, with main stores and optical centers remaining open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Walmart Stores Inc<\/strong>. announced that it is extending its relationship with pharmacy benefit management company Express Scripts. Through the deal, Walmart will provide prescription drug services to Express Scripts\u2019 covered members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Real Estate<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022 McKesson Corp<\/strong>. announced that effective April 1, 2019 its headquarters will relocate from San Francisco, CA to Las Colinas, TX.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Just because we don\u2019t mention it here doesn\u2019t mean it didn\u2019t happen \u2013 or we didn\u2019t capture it.
