On trend eatertainment enterprise, Punch Bowl Social, <\/strong>a company that has garnered significant buzz in the last year, has switched up the executive team in advance of a major round of expansion.<\/p>\n

Peter Gaudreau comes onboard as the new COO with the intent of replicating the success he had as EVP of Operations at Snooze: An A.M. Eatery<\/strong>, another growing concept. Now-former COO Rob LeBoeuf becomes President of Organization Development and Strategic Projects. \u00a0As well, the former Controller at Smashburger,<\/strong> Stacy Galligan, joins the company as its new CFO, replacing Robert Cornog, who remains a partner.<\/p>\n

From the entertainment side of things, Linda Sim, previously at Live Nation Entertainment, will head up sales efforts from the newly created position of VP of Sales and Events.<\/p>\n

In non-executive moves, our research shows that the company also brought in Jennifer Thompson, formerly at Chipotle,<\/strong> as its new Director of Facilities and Procurement.<\/p>\n

CSG projects the current 15-unit Punch Bowl Social footprint will expand by 10 units this year, a significant undertaking. As we reported in the CSG\u2019s November DataTrac<\/a>, personnel moves in preparation for the expansion got underway late last year when Punch Bowl Social brought in Sheamus Feeley to serve as Chief Culinary and Beverage Officer.
