We offer the ability to edit, retire or add key personnel to our database via the Company Profile page which will then be verified by CSG\u2019s research team* Log into your account<\/strong><\/a> on your desktop, smart phone or tablet to access your database and get started.<\/p>\n

How to Edit & Retire Personnel
\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n

From a Company Profile, you can find the options to \u201cEdit\u201d and \u201cRetire\u201d next to each personnel at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n

When you click \u201cEdit\u201d you\u2019re redirected to a page where you can update the name, title, email and phone number, then click \u201cSubmit Changes\u201d. In addition there is a \u201cRetire\u201d option for people who are no longer with the company. Once clicked you\u2019ll be asked if you’re sure you want to retire that person, then click \u201cOK\u201d. You can also add new contacts using the button at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

Similar to CSG Verify<\/strong><\/a> it will take 3 to 5 business days for our research team to verify the edits before they\u2019re posted to our database.PLUS and Premier subscribers can be instantly informed of any changes within a particular company by signing up for \u201cRapid Alerts\u201d.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to have your data regularly cleansed as customer\/prospect information will change 25-35% per year. We suggest refreshing your CRM or customer database at least once every 4 weeks; updating information, removing old contacts, and adding new leads.<\/p>\n
