Heather Dixon was named Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mergers and Acquisitions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0ProCare Pharmacy<\/strong>, a subsidiary of <strong>CVS Health<\/strong> has entered an agreement to buy certain assets related to Premier Pharmacy Service\u2019s specialty pharmacy business that serves 367 hospitals across 66 health systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Industry Insight<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0The Bartell Drug Company<\/strong> is introducing same-day prescription delivery to consumers via a partnership with NimbleRx. The service will be offered at three pilot stores, and then will expand to other locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0CVS Health<\/strong> is partnering with SmileDirectClub.
