\u2022\u00a0 AmerisourceBergen Corporation (31)<\/strong> has named Leslie Donato as Exec VP and Chief Strategy Officer.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 CVS Health (198)<\/strong> announced Judy Sansone, Senior VP of front-store business and Chief Merchant, will be retiring in September after 42 years with the company. George Coleman has been named to replace her.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Rite Aid Corporation (51)<\/strong> has named Heyward Donigan to the role of CEO. She succeeds John Standley, who will be stepping down from the position.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 SpartanNash Company (27)<\/strong> has appointed the company\u2019s Chairman, Dennis Eidson, to the additional roles of Interim President and CEO. The announcement follows the resignation of President and CEO David M. Staples.<\/p>\n

Industry Insight<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Giant Eagle Inc.<\/strong> plans to add health stations from higi to 218 of its stores in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana and Maryland. The higi stations offer free health screenings and health education tools and resources.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Rite Aid Corporation <\/strong>is partnering up with telehealth company In Touch Health to introduce its RediClinic Express virtual care offering. Kiosks located in Rite Aid stores will use InTouch Health\u2019s Solo virtual health software to connect patients with RedClinic clinicians using and audio\/video connection.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 SpartanNash Company<\/strong> revealed the decision to exit its Indianapolis-based Fresh Kitchen operations. The company anticipates the transition to be completed by the close of fiscal 2019.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.<\/strong> \u00a0is expanding its collaboration with health insurer Humana by opening three new Partners in Primary Care centers inside Walgreens stores in SC and MO.<\/p>\n
