In 2010, the chain was sold to a newly formed holding company by private equity firm Endeavour Capital and the chain\u2019s management team.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the chain opened a second Lazy Acres location. The original store has been in operation since 1991 in Santa Barbara, CA and was acquired by Bristol in 2005.
