\u2022<\/span>\u00a0BJ\u2019s Wholesale Club Inc.<\/strong> announced fresh and frozen grocery items are now included as part of the buy online, pick up in-club service at all of its locations.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Tawa Supermarkets Inc.<\/strong> is teaming up with Instacart to have groceries delivered from their 99 Ranch Market stores to a customer\u2019s door in as fast as one hour.<\/p>\n

Retail<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Columbia Sportswear Company<\/strong> announced that it would permanently shut down a \u201csmall number\u201d of stores but did not specify a number. So far this year, it has closed eight stores in the United States.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Pet Valu Canada Inc.<\/strong> announced that due to the impact from COVID-19, it plans to close all its 358 stores and warehouses in the U.S. as well as its corporate office in Wayne, PA.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Sam\u2019s Club<\/strong> is launching on-demand delivery of prescription drugs via a partnership with DoorDash.<\/p>\n

Restaurant <\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Aloha Poke <\/strong>is partnering with REEF to develop their very first ghost kitchens. Ghost kitchens will allow the company to expand into new markets and will be available through third-party ordering apps.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Dickey’s Barbecue Pit<\/strong> has opened their first ghost kitchen location in Chicago, IL. The ghost kitchen location will take orders through the company\u2019s website, app, and third party companies.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Greens Restaurant Group LLC<\/strong> will be removing 20% of their corporate workforce. The reorganization comes after many of the company\u2019s restaurants have remained closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Huey Magoo’s Restaurants LLC<\/strong> has added a mobile ordering app that will allow customers order and pay for curbside and delivery orders.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Mendocino Farms<\/strong> is opening their first ghost kitchen in Long Beach, CA next week.<\/p>\n
