Supermarket, Grocery, & C-Store<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Casey\u2019s General Stores Inc.<\/strong> has agreed to acquire Buck’s Inc.,<\/strong> owner of Bucky\u2019s Convenience Stores.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0EG America LLC<\/strong> has entered into an agreement to acquire Schrader Oil Co.,<\/strong> which operates 18 convenience stores and gas stations in northern Colorado.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Parkland USA<\/strong> has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Sevier Valley Oil Co. Inc. The deal will expand the On the Run convenience-store brand in the United States.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Whole Foods Market Inc.<\/strong> plans to open its first store in Montana. Construction is underway and is expected to take about a year to complete.<\/p>\n

Retail<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Amazon.com Inc.<\/strong> will open a supply chain facility in Republic, MO. The new fulfillment center is anticipated to launch in 2021.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Builders FirstSource Inc.<\/strong> reported that it has purchased the assets of Kansas City Building Supply.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0CVS Health<\/strong> announced Karen Lynch as its next President and CEO, taking over from Larry Merlo who is retiring on Feb. 1, 2021.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Petco Animal Supplies Inc.<\/strong> announced it has filed for an initial public offering.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Recreational Equipment Inc.<\/strong> will open its first location in the state of Wyoming, in Jackson, in summer 2021. The 15,000 sq. ft. store will have a heavy focus on service, with a full-service bike, ski, and snowboard shop. On November 13, a 23,000 sq. ft. store will open in Boca Raton, FL. In addition, the retailer plans to open a store in Tampa, FL, in 2021.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Target Corporation<\/strong> and Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc.<\/strong> announced a deal to open 1,000 sq. ft. makeup and skincare shops inside of hundreds of Target stores across the country.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Tuesday Morning Corp.<\/strong> has filed a reorganization plan that includes the sale of its local real estate, a new bank loan and a path for how it will emerge as a publicly-traded company when it exits bankruptcy in December. The retailer closed about 200 stores while in bankruptcy and will emerge with about 500 stores.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0VF Corporation<\/strong> will acquire Supreme, a streetwear brand with 12 stores.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Chick-fil-A Inc.<\/strong> has launched their nationwide online ordering program. Previously only catering meals could be ordered online, but now everyday meals are available.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Dairy Queen<\/strong> is bringing a new location to Hammond, IN.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Dickey’s Barbecue Pit<\/strong> is offering pre-prepared holiday meals through their Dickey\u2019s At Home subscription.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Dog Haus International LLC<\/strong> is opening a new location Houston, TX.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Huey Magoo’s Restaurants LLC<\/strong> is opening a new location in Coral Springs, FL.<\/p>\n
