\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Jay Petroleum Inc.<\/strong> has purchased most of the assets of Ottawa Oil Co. Inc.<\/strong> The purchase includes 22 Party Mart convenience stores.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Metro Inc.<\/strong> has named Pierre Boivin as Chairman of the board, succeeding R\u00e9al Raymond, who is retiring.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Murphy USA Inc.<\/strong> has agreed to acquire QuickChek Corp.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Offen Petroleum Inc.<\/strong> has acquired Ozark Mountain Energy, a motor fuel distributor.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0Parkland USA<\/strong> has purchased the assets of Story Distributing Co.,<\/strong> operators of Casey\u2019s Corner Convenience Stores. Parkland USA has also recently acquired Carter Oil Co.<\/p>\n
