\u2022 GPM Investments LLC<\/strong> announced the acquisition of Handy Mart<\/strong>, including 36 convenience stores in North Carolina.<\/p>\n

\u2022 MacEwen Petroleum Inc.<\/strong> has acquired Quickie Convenience Stores<\/strong> and its network of 51 locations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Advance Auto Parts Inc.<\/strong> is launching a new concept called Carquest by Advance. The new store format is designed specifically for independent owners who will receive additional merchandising support. Plans call for 20 new Carquest by Advance stores by the end of 2021, and additional locations in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Crate & Barrel<\/strong> announced it has hired Jason Booth as the new Chief Technology Officer.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Dollar General Corp.<\/strong> has named Michael Joyce as its new Senior VP of Supply Chain Strategy, Inventory and Demand Management.<\/p>\n
