The line will be available in more than 800 Sears stores nationwide and on Sears.com, beginning September.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Sears Canada<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> is slashing the number of private apparel brands to 20 from more than 90 offered currently.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Sears Holdings<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> has expanded the availability of its in-store professional apparel shop to 91 Sears and Kmart stores nationwide. The store, called &#8220;Scrubology\u201d, offers work apparel and uniforms for professionals in industrial, service and healthcare fields. The concept is a partnership with Work &#8216;N Gear. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Sears Holdings Corp.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> announced it will now combine its Sears\u2019s Outlet and Sears\u2019s Hometown and Hardware stores into one separate company. The move will result in the newly named Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores Inc. and a public offering that is expected to raise $400 to $500 million for Sears. The new company will consist of about 1,240 smaller-format stores, including 944 Hometown locations and 96 Sears Hardware stores. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Target<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> plans to debut its first standalone <b>C9 Active Apparel<\/b>branded specialty store in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">San   Francisco<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> this October. The store will feature Champion activewear manufactured by Hanesbrands for sale by Target.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Von Maur Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> will expand its women&#8217;s specialty store concept, Dry Goods, with the opening of a 4,500 sq. ft. location this fall in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Orland Park<\/st1:city>,  <st1:state w:st=\"on\">IL<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>. The store will be the seventh Dry Goods store overall.
