\u2022\u00a0McDonald’s Corporation<\/strong> is being sued by tech company Kytch Inc. for a reported $900 million in damages. The tech company developed a device to fix McDonald\u2019s ice cream machines that have developed a reputation for being broken. The damages come from McDonald\u2019s corporate encouraging franchisees not to purchase the devices and labeling them as a safety risk.<\/p>\n
