Succeeding him will be Greg Sandeno, who is currently VP and COO. In other changes, Alan Nidiffer will become Exec VP and CIO while continuing as corporate secretary\/treasurer. Elizabeth Bauer will become Exec VP, Chief Administrative Officer, CFO, and general counsel. Terry Spencer will become VP Merchandising and Marketing, with responsibilities for procurement and marketing initiatives. Bierley, the CFO of the company, has resigned effective May 25, 2012. He has accepted a position near his home in <st1:state w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Michigan<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>. The company will begin a search for a new CFO promptly. Berry L. Epley, VP and corporate Controller, will assume Bierley&#8217;s responsibilities until a successor is named.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><br \/>Price Chopper Supermarkets\/Golub Corporation<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> announced that Keith Frosceno has been promoted to the position of Group Vice President of Fresh Foods Merchandising. The company also announced that Matt Johnson, Senior Category Manager, Meat, has been promoted to the position of VP of Meat Merchandising, and that Jessica Morin, most recently a district manager for Safeway in its <st1:city w:st=\"on\">Phoenix<\/st1:city>division, has been hired to the position of Zone Director, responsible for 12 stores in <st1:state w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">New York<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>.
