{"id":18339,"date":"2018-08-13T09:05:46","date_gmt":"2018-08-13T13:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newsroom.chainstoreguide.com\/?p=10846"},"modified":"2018-08-13T09:05:46","modified_gmt":"2018-08-13T13:05:46","slug":"ahold-delhaize-readying-big-stop-shop-remodel-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chainstoreguide.com\/offthechain\/2018\/08\/ahold-delhaize-readying-big-stop-shop-remodel-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Ahold Delhaize Readying Big Stop &amp; Shop Remodel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Change is coming to the <strong>Stop &amp; Shop,<\/strong> the 414-unit East Coast banner owned by <strong>Ahold Delhaize. <\/strong>After putting in place new marketing and merchandising teams as well as wrapping up a transition to a more localized approach to promotions in the first half of the year, executives announced during last week\u2019s earnings call that they\u2019re not done yet.<\/p>\n<p>Details have yet to be finalized, but we expect a brand refresh and store remodeling program that will touch all 414 stores (as seen on the map below) beginning later this year and running through 2019.
