With the deal, Stop &amp; Shop takes possession of 32 <strong>King Kullen<\/strong> stores, 5 <strong>Wild by Nature <\/strong>locations and the company\u2019s headquarters in Bethpage.<\/p>\n<p>Stop &amp; Shop has not committed to retaining the King Kullen banner.
