The retailer will acquire three distribution facilities from C&amp;S Wholesale Grocers, lease two additional facilities, and construct two new fully-automated frozen facilities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic of the US.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0The Kroger Co.<\/strong> and <strong>Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc.<\/strong> have created a group purchasing organization called the Retail Procurement Alliance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Real Estate<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0C&amp;S Wholesale Grocers Inc.<\/strong> is opening a new warehouse in Troutdale, OR, in summer 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0H-E-B<\/strong> announced it will expand in the South Austin, TX, market with a $200 million investment that includes three new stores and a major remodel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0TravelCenters of America Inc.<\/strong> is opening its first TA Express store in Kansas.
