Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> announced it closed its Mandee store in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Atlantic City<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">NJ<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Quiksilver<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> opened a new concept called 585 Boardriders. The 10,000 sq. ft. store is in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Venice<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">CA<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Sears Holdings Corp.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1\n\n1pt;\"> announced it plans to shutter all nine of its Great Indoors stores and three stores in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Canada<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. The announcement follows the company\u2019s decision to close at least 100 to 120 stores. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Urban Outfitters<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> is bringing its bridal concept to <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Chicago<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. The 3,600-square-foot, two-level store is the retailer&#8217;s second BHLDN store nationwide. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Real Estate:<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Belk Inc. plans to remodel approximately 30 stores in 2012. Belk will relocate two stores, one in <st1:city w:st=\"on\">Waynesville<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">NC<\/st1:state>, and one in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Pensacola<\/st1:city>,  <st1:state w:st=\"on\">FL<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, expand four locations, remodel 13 stores and partially remodel 10 more.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Cabela\u2019s<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> is unveiling expansion plans, including a new retail concept called Cabela\u2019s Outpost. The first store with the new format is expected to open this fall in Union Gap, WA. The new stores are smaller, about 40,000 sq. ft., and will be built in currently underserved markets. The company is also expanding its next-generation stores, with five set to open in 2012, and with three scheduled to open in 2013: <st1:city w:st=\"on\">Columbus<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">OH<\/st1:state>, <st1:city w:st=\"on\">Grandville<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">MI<\/st1:state>, and <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Louisville<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">KY.<\/st1:state><\/st1:place> \u00a0The company will open a new store in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Tulalip<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">WA<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, on April 19.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Converse Inc<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">., a subsidiary of <b>NIKE Inc<\/b>., announced the opening of its first West Coast specialty retail store in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Santa   Monica<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">CA<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>. The 7,000 sq. ft. location allows customers to design one-of-a-kind footwear, apparel and accessories.<\/p>\n<p><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> opened three new stores located in <st1:state w:st=\"on\">Ohio<\/st1:state>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">Florida<\/st1:state> and <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:state w:st=\"on\">Utah<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, on March 7. The <st1:state w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Ohio<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> location is a relocated store, and is set to open at Applewood Commons. The <st1:state w:st=\"on\">Florida<\/st1:state>store will be located at <st1:placename w:st=\"on\">Regions<\/st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st=\"on\">Bank<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st=\"on\">Plaza<\/st1:placetype>in <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Fort Lauderdale<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. The <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:state w:st=\"on\">Utah<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>store will be located in St. George at Red Rock Commons.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">J. Crew Group Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">\u00a0plans to open three new <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Canada<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place> stores. Two of the planned stores will open in spring 2012: a <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Vancouver<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>store located at <st1:street w:st=\"on\"><st1:address w:st=\"on\">1088 Robson St.<\/st1:address><\/st1:street>, and a second location in West Edmonton Mall. The third store will open in fall 2012 at the Eaton Centre in <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Toronto<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Gordman\u2019s<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> will open 3 new stores in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:state w:st=\"on\">Utah<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Neiman Marcus<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> is opening in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Long Island<\/st1:city>,  <st1:state w:st=\"on\">NY<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>. The new 100,000 sq. ft. building will be completed in 2015 at Garden City\u2019s Roosevelt Field Mall.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Nordstrom Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> recently announced plans to open 15 new stores in 2012. The first new store will be a full-line store that will open in <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Salt Lake City<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">UT<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>on March 22. The 14 other stores will open under the retailer\u2019s Nordstrom Rack banner in Seattle, WA; Boise, ID; Alpharetta, GA.; Farmington, CT.; Willow Grove, PA.; Long Island, NY; Phoenix, AZ; Manchester, MO; Orange, Temecula, and Huntington Beach, CA; San Diego, CA; Warwick, RI; and Tysons Corner, VA.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Rag &#038; Bone<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> opened it\u2019s first-ever <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Boston<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> store. Located at <st1:street w:st=\"on\"><st1:address w:st=\"on\">111 Newbury St.<\/st1:address><\/st1:street>, the 2,300 sq. ft. space occupies three floors. Currently, Rag &#038; Bone is searching for space in <st1:city w:st=\"on\">Los Angeles<\/st1:city>, <st1:state w:st=\"on\">CA<\/st1:state> and has stores planned for <st1:state w:st=\"on\">New York<\/st1:state>\u2019s Madison Avenue and <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">London<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>.\u00a0<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Sears Canada Inc.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> plans to close three Sears locations by Oct. 31.
