Belk Inc. plans to remodel approximately 30 stores in 2012. Belk will relocate two stores, one in Waynesville<\/st1:city>, NC<\/st1:state>, and one in Pensacola<\/st1:city>, FL<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, expand four locations, remodel 13 stores and partially remodel 10 more.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Cabela\u2019s<\/span><\/b> is unveiling expansion plans, including a new retail concept called Cabela\u2019s Outpost. The first store with the new format is expected to open this fall in Union Gap, WA. The new stores are smaller, about 40,000 sq. ft., and will be built in currently underserved markets.
