SVT LLC operates supermarkets under the Strack Van & Til, Town & Country, Key Market, and Ultra Foods banner names. The company is supplied by Central Grocers in Joliet, IL.<\/p>\n

Announced in December 2012, SVT LLC agreed to acquire seven grocery stores from WiseWay Supermarkets, according to the companies. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is expected to close in December. The WiseWay stores are expected to become Strack & Van Til stores, and PayLow locations will be converted to Ultra Foods. Merrillville-based WiseWay will continue to operate its WiseWay store in Winfield and the WiseGuys Discount Liquors chain.<\/p>\n
