Byrne, \u201cwill be taking a personal leave of absence for medical reasons. \u00a0Overstock.com President Jonathan Johnson will serve as Acting CEO during Dr. Byrne&#8217;s leave of absence.\u00a0 Dr. Byrne will remain Chairman of the Board.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Bulletin:<\/strong> Overstock.com has announced several additional changes in the company\u2019s executive lineup.\u00a0 Chief among these moves is the transfer of the company\u2019s presidency from Jonathan E. Johnson III to a concept of co-presidents.\u00a0 The co-presidents named are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stormy Simon, who as when Senior VP, will continue to oversee customer and partner care.
