(NASDAQ CHUY) recently reported that eight new locations had opened last year, contributing to a 32.2% increase in revenue. The company plans to open eight to nine new restaurants in 2013 and expand into new states and markets, including OH, the Carolinas, VA, and MO.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurants offer Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, featuring a variety of homemade sauces made daily in each restaurant, a full-service bar, a variety of Mexican folk art, and a \u201cNacho Car\u201d that provides complimentary chips, salsa and chile con queso in the trunk of a classic car.
