Chuy\u2019s is a fast-growing, value-driven, full-service restaurant concept offering a distinct menu of authentic, high-quality Mexican food. It was founded in Austin, TX in 1982 by Mike Young and John Zapp. There are currently 29 Chuy\u2019s restaurants, with two locations opening soon in GA and TN.<\/p>\n

Restaurants range in size from 5,300 to 12,500 square feet and have an average unit volume of $5.0 million. They seat approximately 300 guests and most feature outdoor patios.
