Last month, MOOYAH (founded in 2007) reached the triple digit mark in US locations, a milestone of note for this Plano, TX-based concept seemingly purpose-built to franchise. Those 100 units offering customizable beef, turkey and veggie (black bean) burgers are spread over 18 states, with another 20 or so restaurants in locales that include Azerbaijan, Mexico and the Middle East. Chain Store Guide projects 25 to 30 new stores a year for the next two years, with another 5 to 10 units openings before the end of 2016.<\/p>\n
