\u2022 <\/span>Kohl Building Products<\/strong> was acquired by SRS Distribution (a holding company part of the Berkshire Partners LLC portfolio). The company will keep its name, and the owners and all employees will stay on with the business.<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Lowe’s Companies<\/strong> is acquiring Maintenance Supply Headquarters, a move to strengthen its ability to serve pro customers. The deal is expected to close in Lowe\u2019s second quarter.<\/p>\n
