Kroger announced that it will purchase the Roundy’s Supermarkets chain. Following closing, Roundy’s will continue to operate its stores as a subsidiary of Kroger and will be led by key members of Roundy’s senior management team with headquarter offices remaining in Milwaukee. There are no store closures planned at this time.
