How to Use the vCard Feature

CSG CONNECTed is an educational resource designed to empower and guide our customers to get the most out of their online leads portals whether you are in the office, attending trade shows, networking events, conferences, or on the go.

vCards are “virtual contact files” that are able to be imported directly into a phone or email client’s (i.e. Outlook) address book. To access this feature, first log into your account on your desktop, smart phone or tablet and start building your targeted list. Then run your search and open a Company Profile from the View Results page. Click the vCard icon next to the personnel you would like to add to your address book. You can also add the entire company listings by clicking the Company vCard button.*

*Some software such as Outlook cannot import an entire company vCard profile.
