• SpartanNash Company plans to open its first Supermercado Nuestra Familia location in Kansas. The 50,000 sq. ft. store is set to open in November.

• Trader Joe’s Co. reported it will open a new 921,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Long Island, NY.

• Wawa Inc. will open its first travel center this month in Hope Mills, NC. The 8,000 sq. ft. location will have interior seating.
