Free TrialAldi Inc. has partnered with Uber Eats to offer delivery to its customers.

• H-E-B announced Roxanne Orsak, its COO, will be promoted to the position of President, effective January 2026. She will take over for Craig Boyan, who will retire at the end of 2026.

• The Kroger Co. has partnered with DoorDash to offer delivery from its stores nationwide.

• Lidl US LLC will open three new stores on October 22nd, in Atlanta, GA, Woodbridge, VA, and Yonkers, NY.

• Meijer Inc. announced it will open a new 115,000 sq. ft. store in Western Pennsylvania in 2027.

• The Parker Companies announced that John Rudolfs will serve as co-CEO alongside Brandon Hofmann. John Rhine has been promoted to CFO.

• Sprouts Farmers Markets Inc. has partnered with Klatch Coffee Inc. to open 20 Klatch Coffee cafes in its stores across Southern California.

• Stater Bros. Holdings Inc. announced the promotion of Rebecca Calvin to Exec VP and Chief Marketing Officer. Bertha Luna has been promoted to Exec VP of Store Operations.

• Cava Group, Inc. announced its COO, Jennifer Somers, has left the company.

• Iron Hill Brewery, LLC has filed for bankruptcy and closed all its locations.

• Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems announced the appointment of Betsy Mercado as the company’s first Chief People Officer.

• Noodles & Company announced its Chief Concept Officer, Scott Davis, has left the company.

• Pret A Manger (USA) Ltd announced the appointment of Matthew Bresnahan as Chief Marketing Officer.

• Qdoba Mexican Eats announced it has promoted Jon Burke to Chief Marketing Officer. Katy Velazquez has been promoted to VP for Culinary Innovation.

• SPB Hospitality has announced the appointment of G.J. Hart as Chairman and CEO. He will take over for Josh Kern, who is stepping down.

• Starbucks Corporation announced it will close 434 locations in North America.

• Tatte Bakery & Cafe has hired Scott Davis as its new Senior VP of Menu Innovation.

• Wayback Franchising LLC recently opened its first location in New York City, NY.

• Costco Wholesale Corp. announced it plans to open 35 new stores in its new fiscal year, including five relocations.

• Duluth Holdings Inc. recently opened a new 9,500 sq. ft. store in Maple Grove, MN.

• Genesco Inc. has promoted Andy Gray to CEO of its new Journeys Global Retail Group. Chris Santaella has been promoted to Chief Merchandising Officer, Journeys Global Retail Group.

• House-Hasson Hardware Co. Inc. has announced that its CEO, Steve Henry will retire at the end of this year.

• L & W Supply announced Frank Marcoccio will take on the role of President effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Dan Piche.

• National Lumber Co. has acquired Fisher Lumber in Rockville, MD.

• Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings will open nine new stores this month in AL, AR, IN, MA, MO, TX, and WI.

• Shoe Carnival Inc. has named W. Kerry Jackson as Exec VP and CFO. He succeeds Patrick C. Edwards, who has been named Senior VP and Treasurer.

• Target Corporation reported it will open new store locations this month in AZ, CA, FL, NE, SCT, TX, and VA.
