• Pops Mart Fuels LLC has completed the sale of 36 convenience stores to Sunoco LP.

• The Raley’s Companies has named Carol Barsotti as its new Chief Communications Officer.

• Southeastern Grocers officially changed its corporate name to The Winn-Dixie Company.

• Yesway has recently named Robert Hampton as its new Chief Technology Officer.

• Dutch Bros. Coffee has acquired Clutch Coffee Bar. The company will be converting all 20 locations into Dutch Bros Coffee.

• Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc. has promoted Matt Rubin to the role of Chief Marketing Officer for the United States and Canada.

• Sailormen Inc., a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen franchisee, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

• Shake Shack Inc. named Jim Taylor to the newly created position of Chief Commercial Officer.

• TechStyle Fashion Group reported it plans to open 40 new Fabletics stores in 2026.

• Walmart Stores Inc. announced the promotion of David Guggina to President and CEO of Walmart U.S.  Latriece Watkins was promoted to President and CEO of Sam’s Club U.S. Seth Dallaire was named Exec VP and Chief Growth Officer for Walmart Inc. The retailer announced that Kathryn McLay, President and CEO of Walmart International, will step down, and be succeeded by Chris Nicholas.
