Banner to Remodel Nearly 100 Stores in 2 States

Ahold Delhaize and Food Lion announced last week that change is coming for 92 Food Lion stores in North and South Carolina. The company is making a capital investment of more than $150M, much of which will go towards remodeling stores in greater Charleston, Columbia, Florence and Myrtle Beach, SC in 2019. Food Lion also stated that it will hire up to 2,000 new employees at these locations.
