CSG CONNECT’s databases allow PLUS/Premier subscribers to export our unique identifying number for each person within the company. This 10 digit code will enable you to locate personnel within your CRM or external database to make cleansing and updating easier.
To access this enhancement, log into your account from anywhere using your desktop, smart phone or tablet. Run your search and export your Company Profile to your CRM or Excel. Use the Person Id number as a key when matching to your data to determine which personnel needs to be revised. It is important to note that CSG strongly suggests that you check for updates at least every 4 weeks as contact information could become out of date on your CRM. Additionally, contacts may be removed from our database if they are no longer with that company and new leads are added regularly.
