As part of Chain Store Guide’s latest set of enhancements, our databases allow PLUS/Premier subscribers to access direct-dial phone numbers. This feature enables you to reach out to prospects directly to their work extension, phone number, or cell.
To access, log into your account using your desktop, smart phone or tablet. Expand the Personnel tab, unselect include all for Has Personal Phone Number, select Yes; then run your search and view these numbers through the View Results page or by exporting to your CRM or Excel. We are constantly verifying and adding more direct-dial numbers to our lists, so be sure to log in frequently to update your CRM.
