• 23 Restaurant Services named Kathleen Bush as its first Chief Marketing Officer. It also promoted David Ragosa to Chief Development Officer.
• Bagels & Co. has promoted Kevin Armantrout to the role of CEO. Georgina Cavendish was recently named CFO.
• Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream has named David Stever as its new CEO.
• Smoothie King Franchises Inc. plans to open more than 200 new locations.

• Apple Inc. announced that John Ternus, Senior VP of Hardware Engineering, will succeed Tim Cook as CEO, effective September 1. Tim Cook will take on the role of Executive Chairman at that time.
• Best Buy Co. Inc. announced Corie Barry will step down from her role as CEO on October 31, 2026. She will be succeeded by Jason Bonfig, its current Chief Customer, Product and Fulfillment Officer.
• Big C Lumber Co. Inc. has named Courtney Kaptur as General Manager of its location in Three Oaks, MI.
• BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings Inc. will open its first warehouse club in the state of Texas this week, in Forney.
• Builders FirstSource Inc. has appointed Alena Brenner as Exec VP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
• Kendra Scott LLC announced Adrienne Gernand has been named as its first Chief Business Officer.
• Lululemon Athletica Inc. has named Heidi O’Neill as its next CEO, effective September 8, 2026.
• Primark USA reported it will open a new 54,000 sq. ft. store in Manhattan, NY, on May 8.
• QVC Group has filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
• Rural King Supply recently opened its 150th store location, in Sebring, FL.
• Staples Inc. and Party City Holdco Inc. announced a partnership in which Party City will operate shops inside more than 700 Staples stores by the end of 2026.
• Target Corporation plans to open six new stores in May, in AZ, MO, NC, and NJ.
