• Cheba Hut opened a new restaurant in Clarksville, Tenn., on Aug. 14.
• Chicken Salad Chick announced its first Greater Cleveland-area restaurant in Fairview Park, Ohio, with an Aug. 25 opening planned.
• Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food opened a new restaurant in Argyle, Texas, on Aug. 14, extending the brand’s North Texas footprint.
• Mountain Mike’s Pizza reported two franchise agreements calling for six new restaurants across Queen Creek, Ariz., and South Carolina, expanding the brand’s development pipeline.
• Raising Cane’s opened a new restaurant in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Aug. 10 and reopened its remodeled College Station, Texas, restaurant on Aug. 12 as part of its August development schedule.
